St. Joseph's St. Anne Altar Society

The support and dedication of St. Anne's Altar Society is needed to help maintain the needs of the church altar and property. All women of St. Joseph Parish over age 18 are members.

Funds raised through fundraisers help pay expenses such as altar wine, hosts, altar cloths, dry cleaning of robes, altar cloths, vestments, etc. Dues for St. Anne’s Altar Society are $10.00 per years $10 per year paid through the yellow parish tithing envelope typically in February.

St. Vincent de Paul's St. Ann Altar Society

St. Ann’s Altar Society is one of the oldest ministries at St. Vincent Parish. They provide funds to purchase hosts and wine for mass, altar linens used at the altar and priest's vestments.

The ladies of this organization raise their funds by holding rummage sales two times a year. One in the spring and one on the first weekend of October. The rummage can be brought to the parish garage at any time during the year. The garage is cleaned out twice a year and it all begins again.

Altar Flower Committee-- In addition to serving the Sacristy and Altar, the Flower Committee provides seasonal flowers from their gardens to adorn the Altar-- this includes Easter, Advent, and throughout the summer & autumn seasons.

Mission Statement

St. Ann's Altar Society is an organization of all the female members of St. Vincent de Paul Church united in love and respect for the virtues of St. Ann and dedicated to the needs of the church altar, property, and amenities. Fundraisers, talent and time are the members means of continuing these noble activities passed on to us by our grandmothers and the grandmother of Jesus.
