Step-by-step sign-up instructions
- Go to the registration page: Visit formed.org/signup.
- Find your parish: Enter our zip code (or parish name) and select your parish from the search results. Make sure if you type in parish name, that you include Shelbyville; there are lot's of St. Joseph's.
- Register: Enter your name and email address, and click "Sign Up".
- Check your email: Look for an email from Formed and click the link inside to activate your account and start using the service.
After you sign up:
- You do not need a password. To sign in later, simply go to formed.org/signup, find your parish, and then enter your email address to be sent a sign-in link.
- You can also use watch.formed.org to sign in directly after creating your account.
