Those interested in joining the Catholic Church should enroll in OCIA: the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults.
You may submit your registration to the Joint Parish Office or give it to Fr. Mike directly.
Classes begin in September. They meet once a week (except for breaks) until the Easter Vigil. At the Easter Vigil, the catechumens and candidates enter the Church fully.
All are welcome. You need not be certain you want to be Catholic to sign up for OCIA.
Even current Catholics are welcome to come and learn more about their faith.
We are blessed to have a variety of presenters teaching OCIA, including Fr. Mike, Sr. Joan, Dcn. Charlie, and several others.
Given our link with St. Vincent de Paul Parish in Shelbyville, we are combining forces to offer one OCIA program in Shelbyville.
