The altar is the ultimate place of sacrifice, offering, prayer, encounter with God, communion, and connection, transformation, service, and life. The Men of the Altar (MOAs) are high school men who serve those very ideals.

They seek to grow, especially by means of the Sacraments, into men of sacrifice, offering, prayer, communion, service, transformation, and life. More than servers, they are mentors. They assist the Priest with incense, cross, and page-turning. This group is open to all high school men who take their faith seriously and are open to whatever their vocation may be.
